Three Little Birds- Main House

“Three Little Birds Main House,” accommodates 12 guests in beds, has it all for your family vacation with immediate proximity to the gulf and a community pool (heated in cooler seasons) across the street. The Lakeside Pool, adjoining Lake Carillon, is the quietest and least used of the three community pools. Open concept main floor features oversized living, dining, and kitchen space with wide-plank hardwood floors. The screened porch opens to an outdoor entertainment area with a wood-burning fireplace, grill and wicker seating. Guests can relax in a courtyard by the fireplace or toast the setting sun from the 3rd floor tower.

A second primary ensuite bedroom, guest bedroom, and bunk room are on the second floor. The dreamy primary bedroom has a king bed positioned against a reclaimed wood backdrop opening onto an expansive balcony with lake and dune views. A guest bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk room with a full-over-full bunk beds share a bathroom with a shower. A bunk area has built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds.

From this home you will have immediate access, not only to community pools and amenities, but also to grocery, drug store, ATM, donut shops, specialty shopping and restaurants, all within a less than 5 minute drive.

We ARE Carillon Beach Rentals. Not only do we offer a select collection of high-end Carillon homes for vacation rental, but we also reside full-time in Carillon Beach. Living within the community uniquely enables us to respond to unanticipated issues arising during your stay.
Walk-Over 7 is where you will find two sets of complementary beach chairs (4 chairs) and pads with two umbrellas set up for you daily (March 1 - Oct 31). Beach towels are provided for our guests in the house.

“Three Little Birds Main House” is located in the sequestered, gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 linear feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beach. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and the Lakeside Pool (directly across the street). There are pickle ball and tennis courts, full basketball court, children's play area and multiple large green spaces for play. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with eateries, ice-cream parlor, exercise club, store, and fabulous salon and spa. In addition to the entrance gate and guards which monitor and control access for all vehicular traffic as well as strategically placed security cameras throughout the community, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who regularly patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Guests have characterized Carillon as a "Mayberry USA" beach community where lasting memories are created.

PARKING POLICY: 4 vehicles maximum. One Vehicle or Golf Cart may be in the gravel area in front of the home. Charging the golf cart must take place in the driveway.

This is a family vacation home. WE DO NOT RENT TO VACATIONING GROUPS OF STUDENTS OR SINGLES.

  This house had great outdoor space, great bedroom layout and great location. It’s close to the beach and close to the pool. We had a few issues with the dryer not working and then stove not working but we’re able to use the ones in the carriage house. Not ideal but it worked. I believe they are now fixed as well. Plenty of beach towels. We would definitely stay here again. I will add that I don’t love the fact that they don’t have cable. You have to stream everything which was a little bit of a pain. For the amount you are paying to rent the house, I wish it was included.
