This extraordinary, top-of-the line, custom home in the gated community of Carillon Beach is situated on beautiful Lake Carillon and less than a one-minute stroll to the Gulf-front Beach Club Pool/Walk-0ver #5. “PARKS PLACE,” taking a cue from its Monopoly namesake, is the most exquisitely designed and furnished, recently constructed, interior home in Carillon, and brand new to the rental market.

Custom features include wide plank white-washed floors, lighted quartzite countertops, handmade shell chandeliers and Bevolo gas lanterns. You will find 4 ample sized bedrooms (including luxurious master suite), 4.5 baths, elevator, summer kitchen, outdoor alfresco dining area, and single garage. You and your guests will also enjoy easy access to Lake Carillon for paddleboarding, kayaking, or fishing. Quiet relaxation can be experienced inside on the second floor or outside on any one of the four porches, with an outdoor gas fireplace found on the second-floor porch as an added amenity.

This is THE IDEAL Carillon location. In fact, we like it so much that we bought the lot next door and built our own home where we reside full-time.

The Gulf front pool Walk-Over #5 is where you will find one set of complementary beach chairs (2 chairs) and pads with one umbrella set up for you daily (March 1 - Oct 31).

PAKRS PLACE is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.

PARKING POLICY: 3 vehicles maximum. One Vehicle or Golf Cart may be in the gravel area in front of the home. Charging the golf cart must take place in the driveway.

GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $35/vehicle parking fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner.

This is a family vacation home. WE DO NOT RENT TO VACATIONING GROUPS OF STUDENTS OR SINGLES.

  Parks Place was a GORGEOUS property in a perfect location! Beautiful water view out the back, high quality and beautiful aesthetic throughout the home and less than a 5 min walk (with 3 kids in tow) to 3 separate beach walkovers, a small park and restaurants. Only 10 min drive to Rosemary Beach as well where we enjoyed brunch and a stroll through the farmers market on Sunday. Property owners are super responsive and helpful as well. 10/10 would recommend!

  We had a wonderful stay at Parks Place! The home is absolutely beautiful and suited our needs well. With multiple levels and terraces, our family could spread out and enjoy time alone or come together in the grand living area and eat and enjoy time together. It also had an elevator for easy access to upper levels. Karen and Rachel, in the management company, could not have been nicer. Overall, an excellent week in beautiful Carillon village and beach!

  Everything about our stay was perfect. The home is exquisite and beautiful. Conveniently located near a beach access and pool as well as the downtown carillon market area. We have rented and stayed in Carillon twice a year on average for over ten years and this was hands down the best experience and best house to date. The only issue we had which is not even an actual issue but something to note is that there is no iron and ironing board in the home. Thankfully we had brought our steamer with us from home. Other than that small detail we have zero complaints!

  We have stayed in many homes in the Carillon neighborhood. This home is by far the nicest in terms of finishes, furniture and appliances. Truly over the top.
  
  Outstanding prop management. They live next door and are very friendly and super attentive/responsive if needed.

  The bunk room upstairs was a little tight for my teenagers. Perfect for little kids tho.
  
  It's a little thing, but getting to use the garage was so nice. Made for lots of space in the driveway and getting in a cool FL car is a unique experience for a tourist like me.

  The house was even nicer than the pictures and great location. Even though we rented a golf cart, everything was in easy walking distance. Kitchen had every utensil needed including a large pot for our shrimp boil. Property Manager was very responsive to the only glitch, which was just a patio door that wouldn't lock. We look forward to staying here again and not deal with the over crowding of Watercolor/Seaside!
