Living within the community uniquely enables us to quickly respond to unanticipated issues arising during your stay. Walk-over #3 is where you will find a set of complementary canvas beach chairs (2 chairs) with one umbrella set up for you daily (March 1 - Oct 31). Additional chairs may be procured through the on-site beach service. Beach towels are provided for our guests.

Step By Step is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park pool, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and the East Pool. There are tennis courts, full basketball court, children's play area and multiple large green spaces for play. Carillon Beach is a walking, biking, golf cart community with restaurants, ice-cream parlor, exercise club, yoga studio, store, and fabulous salon and spa. Security is of prime importance at Carillon. In addition to the entrance gate that monitors and controls access for all vehicular traffic, Carillon also employs licensed security officers that patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. This is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting memories are created.

PARKING POLICY: 3 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked at any time in front of (or in the case of a corner lot on the side of) a home, in the HOA Gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any HOA Gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway of a home it is identified with.
