COASTAL COMFORT is a charming upgraded guest cottage. The cottage has two bedrooms with a shared bath and comfortably accommodates 4 guests with INCREDIBLE outdoor space including private heated pool, private backyard, dining, fire pit, grill and more!
When Coastal Comfort is available to be rented separately, the main home will be empty. You will get all the amenities of the big house at guest house pricing. Your Hidden Getaway includes private parking, access to private pool with heat available upon request, outdoor dining table by pool, porches overlooking your private backyard that backs up to the land trust, a gas fire pit, gas grill, and super cozy new upscale furnishings throughout the freshly painted home. You will Love it!
Basketball court (full-court), tennis and Pickleball courts, playground area for children are just a short stroll up the street to the north, while the never-crowded Carillon Beach is but a short stroll southward.
We ARE Carillon Beach Rentals. Not only do we offer a select collection of high-end Carillon homes for vacation rental, but we also reside full-time in Carillon Beach. Living within the community uniquely enables us to respond to unanticipated issues arising during your stay. Walk-over #1 is where you will find two sets of complementary beach chairs (4 chairs) and pads with two umbrellas set up for you daily.

This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with restaurants, ice-cream parlor, exercise club, yoga studio, store, and fabulous salon and spa. Security is of prime importance at Carillon. In addition to the entrance gate that monitors and controls access for all vehicular traffic, Carillon also employs licensed security officers that patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. This is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting memories are created.
