Seas the Moments

We ARE Carillon Beach Rentals. Not only do we offer a select collection of high-end Carillon Beach homes for vacation rental, but we also reside full-time in Carillon. Living within the community uniquely enables us to quickly respond to unanticipated issues arising during your stay. Carillon Beach Walk-over #1 is where you will find two sets of complementary beach chairs (4 chairs) and pads with two umbrellas set up for you daily (March 1 - Oct 31).

SEAS THE MOMENTS is a lovely Nantucket style beach home with high ceilings situated just steps from the beach AND a heated community swimming pool and park area with tennis courts and children's play area. The home boasts 3 1/2 baths/4 comfortable bedrooms - 2 Kings - 2 Queens - bunk room and a third floor tower - 2 additional Twins.

The Master Suite on the second level includes a Queen bed, TV, a private deck and a jacuzzi tub with separate shower. The guest bedroom on the main floor also has a king bed with a full attached private bath. The upstairs guest bedrooms both have queen beds and share a full bath with 2 sinks and a tub/shower. The tower room on the third floor offers a built in twin bed with futon as well as a TV. The washer, dryer and powder room are located on the first floor. Additional living space to the rear include a spacious back deck with grill and outside shower. WIFI included.

PARKING POLICY: 4 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked in front of a home, in the gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway.

This is a family vacation home. WE DO NOT RENT TO VACATIONING GROUPS OF STUDENTS OR SINGLES.

  We rented a house for Thanksgiving week and it was absolutely wonderful! The house was clean and the location was perfect. My extended family rented in other houses, but our house had the space to meet for meals. In addition, our rental had everything needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal! We have rented from this management company 3 times now and they are wonderful to deal with. They have someone on-site if you need anything and they have great customer service if you have any questions. I highly recommend!

  It was our first time to PCB and this house made it so much more worthwhile. A short walk to the beach and a fifteen minute drive to attractions, restaurants and shopping. It was nice coming back to the house to hang out for the evenings. Will be back!

  We loved staying in Carillon. The community is beautiful. The beaches were amazing. This house was a short walk to the beach. The house has a great layout and was very spacious for our large family. The only complaint is that the house is really beat up on the inside. cabinets are worn. Walls were marked with spackle. The master shower floor was dirty with mildew. The third floor where the twin beds are was extremely hot. I think that for the money, the house should have been in better repair, but overall it was a nice trip.

  This is a wonderful property in a fabulous location. a short walk to the beach and to the main pool.The home has a well equipped kitchen including spices and basic cooking items like oil, flour, sugar etc. there are pool and beach toys and an extra beach umbrella. The home has a great living area that includes a dining table for 10! The front porch is a wonderful extension of the living area. The bedrooms were very nice and mattresses were all comfortable. I had the pleasure of meeting both Karen Sandel the owner of Carillon Beach Rentals and Kristie their head of housekeeping. They are both lovely and accommodating. Eric, the young man cleaning our house even offered to help us unload our car!!! We would certainly recommend "Seas the Moment," or other properties managed by Karen.

  This is our fourth stay at Carillon and may be our favorite so far! The house had the perfect layout with two living areas (main level) and a large dining table that easily accommodated our group of eleven for family dinners.
  Best of all, this was the closest we’ve been to the beach, we were within a short walk to either the first or second walkover, which put us close to the four complimentary chairs and umbrellas. There were more chairs in the outside closet, along with tools to grill (charcoal), which we also took advantage of.
  The main pool was closed for renovations but we prefer the beachside pool (walkover five) with the covered cabana area, perfect for reading, people-watching, charging your phone, napping :)
  This was the second time I’ve worked with Karen Sandel, and she was prompt and responsive to any questions I had.
  Carillon offers everything one could want in a vacation, tennis, basketball, pickle ball (our new favorite), and a playground for little ones.
  Worshipping at the Chapel at Carillon has been a precious beginning to all our vacations there, and this year was no exception.
  Our last time in Carillon was May of 2019, and little did we know it would be my dad’s last trip with us, he graduated to glory in September. So the memories were poignant and sweet as we sat among the trees with fellow believers anticipating the week ahead with our five children (two spouses and a boyfriend), my husband, and my mom.
  Carillon will always be somewhat of a sacred place to us, and we recommend ‘Seas the Moments’ without reservation.

  We had a wonderful stay at Seas the Moment! Karen was very responsive and unlocked the door remotely for us when we arrived 2hrs before the scheduled arrival time of 4pm. Thank you, Karen! The house was very comfortable for our family of 5. We still had a full bedroom and bunk room open but the kids enjoyed all of the extra space. I could not believe how close the house was to the beach. We did end up renting a golf cart, but you can easily be at the beach in 3 minutes by walking. I loved having the golf cart to cruise around at night and drive to the shops. We loved sitting on the cozy front porch at night and having a glass of wine. Carillon is truly the best kept secret close to 30A but tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. I loved that the house came with 4 beach chairs and there were 2 heated pools. We will definitely be back! I would definitely stay here again but we may rent a different house next year only because we hope to purchase a home there in the future and would like to test out some different floor plans for our family.   We traveled with our kids, 11, 9 and 5. The home was spotless. The layout of the house was perfect for us. The gated community was so cute, not crowded and it felt safe. The location was perfect as we were steps away from the beach and from the heated pool/tennis courts/basketball courts. Had all you needed to make a meal.
