We ARE Carillon Beach Rentals. Not only do we offer a select collection of high-end Carillon homes for vacation rental, but we also reside full-time in Carillon Beach. Living within the community uniquely enables us to quickly respond to unanticipated issues arising during your stay. Walk-over #7 is where you will find two sets of complementary beach chairs (4 chairs) and pads with two umbrellas set up for you daily (March 1 - Oct 31).

This incredible vacation home features a four-bedroom main house along with a two-bedroom guest home with a privacy pool in-between. The Coast is Clear provides a picturesque accommodation for a large family vacation in Carillon Beach. The main house is beautifully-decorated and accommodates up to twelve guests, while the guest house sleeps six.
Entering the home, posh furniture accompanied by onyx colored tables and a large wall-mounted flat-screen television with complimentary cable. Dark oak hardwood floors bring warmth and depth. Adjacent to the stairs is a beverage bar with a coffee maker, wine cooler. Nearby, a large dining room table seats eight comfortably. The centerpiece of the kitchen is a magnificent island with seating for four. Milano quartz countertops, a custom tiled backsplash, and professional grade stainless-steel appliances share this space with white custom kitchen cabinets. This inspiring kitchen will awaken your inner chef.

PRIVATE POOL - only registered guests may use the pool. The guest must request heating the pool - Daily fee required of $60 per day before taxes.

Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and the East Pool, tennis courts, full basketball court, playground and multiple large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with restaurants, ice-cream parlor, exercise club, and fabulous salon and spa. Security is of prime importance at Carillon. In addition to the entrance gate that monitors and controls access for all vehicular traffic, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds. This is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting memories are created.

PARKING POLICY: 5 vehicles OR 4 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked in front of a home, in the gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway.
