Coast Is Clear has been a sought after beach home for years. The newly completed guest house, porch, private pool, master grill area, and fire pit only enhances a family favorite vacation rental here in Carillon Beach.

The large front porch surrounded by a white picket fence beckon as the Coast is Clear where views of Lake Carillon astound. This incredible vacation home features a four-bedroom main house along with a two-bedroom guest home with a privacy pool in-between. The Coast is Clear provides a picturesque accommodation for a large family vacation in Carillon Beach. The main house is beautifully-decorated and accommodates up to twelve guests, while the guest house sleeps six.

Entering the home, posh furniture accompanied by onyx colored tables and a large wall-mounted flat-screen television with complimentary cable. Dark oak hardwood floors bring warmth and depth. Adjacent to the stairs is a beverage bar with a coffee maker, wine cooler. Nearby, a large dining room table seats eight comfortably. The centerpiece of the kitchen is a magnificent island with seating for four. Milano quartz countertops, a custom tiled backsplash, and professional grade stainless-steel appliances share this space with white custom kitchen cabinets. This inspiring kitchen will awaken your inner chef.

Walk-over #7 is where you will find two sets of complementary beach chairs (4 chairs) and pads with two umbrellas set up for you daily (March 1 - Oct 31).

PRIVATE POOL - only registered guests may use the pool. The guest must request heating the pool - Daily fee required of $60 per day before taxes.

Coast Is Clear is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.

PARKING POLICY: 5 vehicles OR 4 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked in front of a home, in the gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway.

GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $35/vehicle gate entrance fee to enter Carillon Beach.

  I called with a last minute request if anything was available for my family of 4 as we were traveling to attend a funeral in Panama City. Karen was so nice on the phone and let us book the guest house only given the circumstances. The guest house was extremely clean and comfortable and my kids loved the little pool. The location is great - 2 minute walk to the beach walkover and an easy walk to the little retail area where we enjoyed the restaurants, general store, and bottle shop. If we had stayed longer we would have rented bikes. We had one small issue with the cable, and Rachel fixed it for us quickly the next day. Carillon was very peaceful and quiet - just what we needed.

  We stay in Carillon every spring and fall break- years now....we have rented many homes throughout the community. This house is spacious and was great for our three families and teens. Kitchen adequately equipped, plenty of beach towels. Overall this house checked all of the boxes we were looking for....rental company/agent were responsive and friendly and easy to work with. The only thing I could complain about is it needs some serious updating. It’s dark, traditional decor isnt very beachy and very dated. The bathrooms need to be renovated throughout the main house and the floors need updating. Bedding/throw pillows needs to be replaced.

  I have had upwards of 30 tripe to Carillon and even stayed in this house when it was Glad Tidings. The property sleeps 18 but that would be tight unless you have several small children. This property has great stock of kitchen utensils. And as a bonus a great supply of beach towels which generally never part of a rental. Location is great! Easy walk to beach and lively new small pool. The new guest house is also well equipped. My only negative is the cleanliness of the house. Sand under carpets and visible dirt on cloth furniture. Walls needed painting also.

  We will definitely be booking this house again ( if available) .. my only complaint is that the house wasn’t cleaned properly. I had to wipe cabinets off red drinks splattered all over them. Trash cabinet was very dirty and had left over trash. Windows behind couch had hairs/ gummy wrappers & fork?. Bunk beds had a hamburger wrapper underneath. And I vacuumed the house because it didn’t appear that it was vacuumed. Dryer was full of lint.

  We LOVED our stay at the house and will definitely book it again! The private pool was on the smaller side, but we were so grateful to have it to ourselves and the kids didn’t even care that it’s more like a splash pool. The main house could use just a tad updating to make this a top of the line rental - a fresh coat of lighter-colored paint, more beach themed decor, etc. Having a bunch of beach towels was wonderful, the kitchen was large and the gas grill, green egg and fire pit were bonuses! The main house’s kitchen was very well stocked. The downstairs king bedroom does not have a private bath, but it didn’t bother us. The pool house is newer and decorated very nicely. The only thing missing in the pool house kitchen we’d like to have had was a toaster. Karen, the property manager, was amazingly kind and so helpful! She promptly responded to questions as we booked our visit and while we were there, and handled a couple minor issues during our stay immediately. One bed frame was broken but we were notified to treat it more gently, so that should already be fixed. The house location to the beach and restaurants in the neighborhood was A++! And it’s directly across the street from one of the neighborhood pools. The gated community feels super safe and the kids can ride bikes knowing there is less traffic. Only thing to add would be adding an ice maker. We went through a lot of it.

  The location and the layout of the home is excellent! The only suggestion I would make is consider upgrading or checking the maintenance of the dishwasher and keurig. Overall A plus and we will stay here again!
