Located in the private gated beachfront community of Carillon Beach, ARE WE THERE YET? sets the stage for a memorable beach experience. This 4,661 sq ft villa and GUEST HOUSE sits directly on the beach with amazing Gulf front views of emerald green waters and a white sandy beach. Perfect for family gatherings, this property is truly an architectural gem.

Once in the foyer, you are drawn into an open floor plan which affords ocean views from the oversized living area with two seating configurations, dining area, and high-end kitchen with breakfast bar. Spacious verandas overlook the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico framed with white sugary sand and open skies - blue by day and by night, take-your-breath away sunsets.

The large stand alone Beachfront Main House with separate but 'walkover connected' Guest Cottage features 6 Bedrooms, 6.5 Bathrooms and additional TV room in Main House.

We ARE Carillon Beach Rentals. Not only do we offer a select collection of high-end Carillon homes for vacation rental, but we also reside full-time in Carillon Beach. Living within the community uniquely enables us to quickly respond to unanticipated issues arising during your stay.

PARKING POLICY: 5 vehicles OR 4 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked in front of a home, in the gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway.

*Two sets of beach chairs (4 loungers), pads and 2 umbrellas are provided daily (March 1-Oct 31) Additional beach loungers may be procured through the on site beach service. Beach towels are provided for our guests.

  We had 5 children and 9 adults in this home and it was perfect. Having the house on the ocean was amazing! Beach chairs and the beach service is top notch.
  There was lots room to be together and yet space for privacy and sleeping. The home is a bit dated, but reasonably priced. It had everything you need, from lots of new beach towels, cleaning supplies, kitchen essentials, and even though we had two minor issues, Karen and her staff, Kristi etc., did an amazing job of responding immediately, ensuring we had a great stay. You can tell Karen takes pride in her properties! I can’t wait to rebook ASAP. We have been coming to Carillon since 2006, and this trip was one of our most memorable. Thank you.

  This is a great family house right on the beach with a private walkway. Beach umbrella and chairs are there for you. You can purchase more if needed. Also there were buggy boards, kids toys and a couple of folding beach chairs there.
  The kitchen has everything you could need. Many supplies.
  There are two refrigerators at the lower entrance.
  The gas grill is easy to use and had gas!
  
  Per family, all beds are comfortable. It is a large house so everyone had their space.
  The house was very clean on arrival.
  There is a large full bathroom with a great shower as you come in the house off the deck so everyone can shower before you come in the main part of the house.
  There is a large screen TV in the main living area.
  There is a picnic table on the porch with other chairs so you can enjoy the view.
  Bring binoculars! Watching the dolphins and stingrays is so much fun.
  The Carriage house was updated since the last time we stayed there. It is awesome.
  We had 4 cars, and had room for more but I think the limit is 5. If you have more than 5 cars there is street parking.
  There is a pool a few steps away from the home-3 houses away. Also I enjoyed the gym at the Carillon little shopping area. It was an easy walk.
  I have never found a house on the beach better than this one. We have been staying at Carillon off and on for many years and we have tried all the 30 A little towns and by far this is our family favorite. As we get older going down steep steps on many of the beaches is not a good idea. The steps here are much less here than other beaches.

  We had a fantastic time on our family vacation with friends last week. This property (Are We There Yet) was a perfect setup for the two of our families, and the view was breathtaking. The pictures and property description were accurate.
  Being able to walk down your own steps onto the sand without any extra effort was amazing. The furnishings and such aren't the most updated out there, but that was not important to us. It was very nice, clean and had everything we needed, even beach towels. And the community and home location was perfect- close to 30A area shopping and eating. Management was very helpful and friendly when we had questions. The only thing that would have made it more perfect was if the mattresses were more comfortable-- particularly in the two master bedrooms. But that was not a deal-breaker at all-- they were fine, and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making it a great vacation for our families!

The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies, large rooms, spaces for everyone, BEAUTIFUL BEACHSIDE view while sipping on coffee on the patio from both Master Bedrooms AND Dining room. I could go on and on but I will say that this will be happening again. I absolutely loved working with Karen through it all.   The house easily accommodated three families (6 adults, 4 children) leaving each family with their own space. The kitchen, dining area and den are also large enough for everyone to gather, yet there we never felt crowded. Of course, the access to the Gulf and the view are at the top of our list for overall enjoyment. Easy access to the beach plus a very short walk to one of the pools gives families flexibility for sometimes fickle children. The house also comes with an ample supply of beach towels which makes packing a little easier. Both kitchens (there is a small one in the unit above the garage) are fully equipped. We’ve rented numerous times through Sandels By The Sea and highly recommend Karen Sandels.

  The house was beautiful, management easy to reach, easy checkin and checkout. We had a wonderful vacation. Location is quiet but restaurants and shopping are not far. Winn Dixie is just around the corner which was a plus. The only issue which didn’t affect everyone but did affect those in the guest house and in the downstairs bedroom was that construction was going on with the house next door and it started early and woke us up every morning around 7:00 AM. Aside from that our vacation was one of the best we had. I’m not sure my family will ever be satisfied staying in a house that is not directly on the beach again. They all loved it!
